I lead the policy development,  commissioning and scrutiny activities of the Office in order to support the  PCC and Chief Executive on the development and implementation of the PCC Police and Crime plan

Myself and my team also support the work  of the Local Criminal Justice Partnership which seeks to  ensure that people have confidence in their local criminal justice processes to support victims, reduce reoffending  and deliver value for money.
