As a Business Services Assistant at the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC), I fulfil a diverse range of responsibilities to support efficient operations.
From preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations to managing incoming calls as the initial point of contact, I ensure a good standard of communication and documentation. I facilitate meetings by handling logistics such as venue bookings, hospitality, and agenda coordination while also recording and- distributing minutes. Additionally, I manage travel arrangements and expenses,including mileage claims. I am entrusted with managing complaints and community concerns, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses within our Case Management System. Furthermore, I offer specialised assistance to various OPCC teams and am prepared to represent the office at engagement events. My role helps the OPCC to function smoothly and effectively in serving the community and stakeholders.
