Pat Hancock

I provide research and administrative support to the Policy and Commissioning leads as well as facilitating and supporting internal and partnership meetings including scrutiny panels. I have specific responsibilities around the development of policy regarding road traffic safety and cyber crime and I liaise with a range of partners to identify and address any priorities and concerns in order to support the commissioning process and policy development. As well as the policy team I work with the Finance and Governance officer to monitor and analyse grant funded spending in relation to commissioning plan
