I lead a team to provide an efficient and responsive support service to the PCC. I lead on the scrutiny and accountability function of the OPCC to fulfil statutory responsibilities including holding the police force to account.

I lead on the development and delivery of media and community engagement activity across the Force area to promote the OPCC’s visibility and to enable the PCC to both listen to and communicate with people and communities.

I oversee the administrative support services to ensure all correspondence is managed effectively and acted upon in a timely manner and ensure the office has effective and efficient complaints and case management systems and processes.

I act as Deputy Monitoring Officer and have delegated responsibility to perform the role of the Independent Complaints Review Adjudicator for the PCC.
